Ameer/Amir Albadeia

1974 Gray, Hadban Enzahi Stallion

Kayed x Malekat El Gamal

(pedigree)

Mansour Albadeia   -  Kayed Albadeia  -  Reference Mares

After the death of Kayed in 1982, Ameer Albadeia assumed head sire status.  "He is as good as his father from a breeding standpoint," wrote Sayed Marei.  "His strongest points are his neck, his eyes, and his dished face. In his topline, he is perfect.  If you see a whole group of foals, you can pick out his progeny immeditaly: such is the stamp he puts on them.  This horse is nearly perfect in my view."  Ameer Albadeia sired 46 folas for Albadeia, 15 of which were exported to the U.S.  in 1991 Ameer Albadeia was purchased by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Khaled Al Thani of Qatar for his Al Rayyan Stud.
